Our payment and cancellation conditions

Terms of payment

Payment by invoice: a deposit of 50% is payable on booking. The remaining 50% must be paid up to 14 days before your arrival. For bookings made at short notice, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking (up to three weeks before arrival).

Payment by credit card: the total amount is debited in one lump sum.

Cancellation conditions

We charge for each cancellation received as follows:
  • up to 60 days before the date of arrival 30% of the booking value
  • up to 30 days before the date of arrival 50% of the booking value
  • up to 14 days before the date of arrival 80% of the booking value
Thereafter, the general principle of 90% of the booking value applies. If you do not arrive at your accommodation, this will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.
