Description
Sun, sea, pool, mountains and a breathtaking view of Taormina and the sea in the evening. If you are looking for relaxation, our bungalow is just right for you. Quietly situated on a hill, guarded parking lot directly in front of the door. Our bungalow is equipped with everything your heart desires. The entire interior was furnished in shabby chic style.
Sleeping:
In the cozy bedroom (double bed 160×200) you can enjoy a wonderful view of the pool, the mountains and the sea. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed (160×200) for one person. 3. and 4th person.
Living/dining:
The living/dining area of the loft invites you to relax. With a view of the pool area through the glass front, you can relax on the air-conditioned couch or work out on the treadmill. Here you will also find the inviting dining area and media area with TV/Netflix. The entire vacation home has free WLAN.
Kitchen:
Our shabby chic kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, fully automatic coffee machine and a water filter system for fresh drinking water.
Bathroom:
The Poolhouse has an attractive bathroom with shower and WC.
Pool & outdoor area:
The spacious saltwater pool (10 x 20 m) is for your exclusive use. Sporty swimming no problem! In the spacious outdoor and pool area you will also find comfortable garden furniture, a covered veranda and barbecue facilities as well as a WC and outdoor showers.
Miscellaneous:
The vacation home is located in a secure and very quiet area of Residence Elayon. Free parking is available directly at the house. A washing machine can also be used free of charge.

Worth knowing:
The attractive surroundings are ideal for many excursions. The beach and the promenade of Letojanni, which invite you to relax, are only 1.5 km away. A visit to Isola Bella with a cable car ride to the ancient mountain town of Taormina with its small, dreamy alleyways and pedestrian zone is also an invitation to linger. There is something for everyone in Letojanni, even for the sporty among us. Paragliding, canoeing, horse riding…, we are happy to advise you and can give you lots of tips on site.

**A surcharge of € 10.00 per night will be charged for each additional person.
A deposit of 50% must be paid at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid up to 14 days before your arrival. For bookings made at short notice, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking (up to three weeks before arrival).
We charge for each cancellation received as follows:
- up to 60 days before the date of arrival 30% of the booking value
- up to 30 days before the date of arrival 50% of the booking value
- up to 14 days before the date of arrival 80% of the booking value
Thereafter, the general principle of 90% of the booking value applies. If you do not arrive at your accommodation, this will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.
